A sole establishment or Proprietorship is a business run by an individual, not a company. This individual will possess 100% of the business control all of its operations and keep 100% of any profits. He or she will also be 100% in charge of business obligations and any other financial obligations. Sole Establishments are allowed to be owned only by Emirati Citizens
